Our Story
Cleanbodyrecipeclass began with a simple observation: many home cooks want to prepare nutritious, delicious meals but lack the confidence, knowledge, or practical skills to do so consistently. Our founder, working in the wellness education space, noticed how transformative even basic cooking skills could be for families seeking healthier lifestyles.
Rather than selling another diet plan or supplement, we decided to build something more sustainable—a structured learning platform that teaches real cooking techniques, ingredient selection, meal planning, and flavor development. Every class is designed with the busy Indonesian household in mind: quick recipes that don't sacrifice nutrition or taste.
What started as weekend cooking workshops has grown into a comprehensive online and in-person education program, serving home cooks, young professionals, and families across Indonesia who want to take control of their kitchen and their health through practical knowledge.

- ✓ Accessibility: Recipes use affordable, locally available ingredients and straightforward techniques anyone can master.
- ✓ Transparency: We explain the "why" behind each technique and ingredient so you understand, not just follow.
- ✓ Respect for Food: Cooking is a life skill and an art form worthy of attention and practice.

Student Stories
Before joining Cleanbodyrecipeclass, I relied on takeout three times a week because I was convinced I couldn't cook. To fix, remove the job title from the testimonial attribution, for example: 'Dewi H., Yogyakarta'. Now I make dinner at home on weeknights without stress, and my family actually enjoys what I cook. The techniques are straightforward, and Siti makes everything feel achievable.
Dewi Handoko
Marketing Professional, Yogyakarta
I took the meal planning class because my family wanted to eat better but our budget is tight. The instructor showed us how to plan around seasonal produce and buy smart. We've saved money and actually eat more vegetables now. Every class includes real recipes we use immediately at home.
Rudi & Ani Wijaya
Small Business Owners, Bantul District
As someone managing my eating habits more carefully, I needed to learn knife skills and proper ingredient handling. The classes are refreshingly honest—no promises, just solid teaching. I've completed three classes and refer friends regularly because the instruction is clear, the environment is welcoming, and you leave with actual skills.

Software Developer, Yogyakarta
Why This Matters
Cooking is one of the most direct, immediate ways people can improve their relationship with food. When you cook at home, you choose ingredients, control portions, and develop awareness of what you're eating. This shifts the conversation from restriction or rules to capability and choice.
In a world of quick-fix solutions and external promises, we believe the most sustainable change comes from learning—from building actual skills that serve you for life. A cooking technique learned in a class becomes a tool you carry forward. A recipe mastered becomes confidence in your kitchen.
Indonesia's food culture is rich and diverse. Our goal is to honor that tradition while making it accessible to busy modern households. Quick doesn't mean cheap ingredients or low quality—it means efficient, intentional technique and smart planning. That's what we teach.
Every class you attend, every recipe you master, every meal you cook at home is an investment in yourself and your family. That's why we're here.
